How do i stop konqueror from opening a new window when i go to a site using a plugin i dont have?

The only way i could come up with is to disable plugin support. to do this go to "configure konqueror" go to the "konqueror browser" pane, and go to the "plugins" tab, uncheck "enable plugins globally".
