In reply to your request about HAM frequencies, yes the frequency is 
supported in Hungary. If you wish, I can send you (and others) a program 
called HAMMAP which is a DOS-based map program of European HAM relay 
stations. Let me know if you (or anyone else) is interested.

By the way, this technology is the best alternative to the Hungarian 
phone system, and is gaining in popularity among users.
