It actually seems to be a real bank, and not a "baahnk". They've so far been friendly and effecient, and bank transfers seem pretty quick (less than a week from the US). Of course, I haven't tried anything fancy, like cashing a check. But I would recommend Citibank. OTP is a bank I would NEVER deal with - under any circumstances. I used them in 91-92 and was consistently apalled with their rudeness and inefficiency. They've lost me as a customer for LIFE. The Foreign Trade Bank is pretty good, but you have to deal with their banking hours. Forget it.
