Location	Ramada Inn Mission De Oro (60 miles east of San Jose on Interstate 5) 13070 State Highway 33, Santa Nella, California 95322 www.ramadasantanella.com Driving times: San Francisco; Sacramento; Fresno – 2 hours Los Angeles; Reno – 4 hours Airport: 1¼ hour drive from San Jose International Airport; We will arrange for transportation to/from airport with a San Jose area player Scrabble^Ò rate: $70 per night, single or double occupancy (includes breakfast) (Phone Ramada Inn directly at (800) 546-5697 and ask for the “Scrabble^Ò rate”)

Prizes (based on 60 entrants; will be adjusted based on actual entrants)	100% of entry fees (after expenses) returned in prizes

Entry Fee / Format	$100 entry fee; One open division (R-R + Portland Swiss + 2 K-O-T-H; TourneyMan)
Early Entry	All entries received by September 15^th will be eligible to win two free nights lodging plus a free tournament entry fee. (Must also have booked hotel using Scrabble^Ò rate). One winner will be randomly selected
Entry Deadline	All entries must be received by October 20^th
Commuter Fee	$25
Cancellation Policy	Full entry fee will be refunded if cancelled before October 20^th
Trivia Contest	Northern Californians vs. Southern Californians vs. Out-of-Staters general knowledge trivia contest to be held on Saturday evening after Western BBQ dinner
