errata

From time to time, I've found a book, mathematical or otherwise, with no errata. When I find errors, I usually send them to the authors, but then, they are often not published on the web, and I am forgetful in keeping track of the e-mail I write. So, starting in July 2002, I put them here. If you find errors in any of the mathematical texts below, or any texts without errata pages on the internet, please let me know david eger@gmail com so that I can post your findings.
